During their extensive travels, fashion designer Marianne Krauss and events director Carolina Carrasco often longed for an insider’s view into their destinations. Out of that wish came the idea for The Treasures, a way to provide fellow globetrotters with a trustworthy guide to show them the crème de la crème, while saving not only money but also time spent researching Web sites or poring over restricted travel books.
